• Provide accurate guidance and consultation to clients regarding Hajj and Umrah packages, rituals, visa requirements, and travel procedures

• Handle in-office client inquiries (walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, email) in a professional and courteous manner

• Assist pilgrims with documentation, including passport checks, visa applications, medical requirements, and necessary forms

• Coordinate with Saudi partners, airlines, hotels, and ground handlers to ensure smooth travel arrangements

• Prepare and explain itineraries, package inclusions, costs, and payment schedules clearly to clients

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Saudi Hajj & Umrah regulations, government circulars, and airline policies

• Support group coordination, including pre-departure briefings and travel instructions for pilgrims

• Maintain proper records of clients, payments, visas, and travel documents

• Assist in resolving client issues before and during travel in coordination with senior staff

• Work closely with the operations and accounts teams to ensure timely processing and service delivery

• Uphold the agency’s reputation by delivering ethical, honest, and customer-focused service
