• Age At least 23 years

• Handle customer inquiries related to air ticket bookings through walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, email, Facebook ads, and our Online Travel Agency (OTA) platform

• Provide accurate information on flight schedules, fares, baggage rules, transit requirements, and airline policies

• Issue, reissue, cancel, and refund domestic and international air tickets using GDS and airline portals

• Follow up on leads generated from Facebook ads, website forms, and OTA platforms to convert inquiries into confirmed sales

• Assist customers in selecting the best routing and fare options based on budget and travel needs

• Stay updated with airline fare rules, promotional offers, visa/transit requirements, and travel advisories

• Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and internal teams to resolve booking or ticketing issues

• Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, refunds, and customer communications

• Ensure timely ticket issuance after payment confirmation and proper documentation delivery to customers

• Provide professional after-sales support, including flight changes, cancellations, and schedule updates

• Meet individual and team sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction

• Follow company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical sales practices at all times
