Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Diploma in Hotel Management
∎ The minimum qualification required to make an entry as a Guest Relation Officer is a Hotel Management Diploma or Bachelor. Those who have had previous exposure in the hospitality industry in the same position have definitely got more chances of being selected for these jobs. Relevant certification in business management or hospitality would prove to be an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet all Guests at all the time in a friendly and cordial manner,
∎ Take the initiative to learn and use Guest's names at every opportunity.
∎ To check-in & check-out a guest with completing billing procedures,
∎ Upon Check-in, ensure that the Guest completes the registration card completely and legibly,
∎ Being Knowledgeable of all the Credit cards and cashing Policies, and How to Handle Cash properly and efficiently.
∎ Promptly notify the Housekeeping of all check-outs, early check-in, special requests in the rooms.
∎ Maintain proper Telephone manners at all times.
∎ Need to know how to handle difficult guests.
∎ Execute all given task to ensure smooth and efficient operation during the assigned shift.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have a pleasant personality and be well groomed.
∎ Written, spoken and reading proficiency in the English & Bengali language
∎ The candidate who knows (NICE) Hotel PMS Software will get preferred.
∎ Basic mathematical comprehension to understand and interpret numbers as they apply to operations in hotels.
∎ Ability to communicate effectively with guests and employees.
∎ Interpersonal skills to provide guest satisfaction.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during rush hours.
