∎ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
∎ Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the hotel, hospitality, or service apartment industry.
∎ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
∎ Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing deals.
∎ Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To drive business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and executing sales strategies that align with the company’s revenue goals. The Assistant Manager – Sales will play a key role in promoting SPACE Apartments and ensuring consistent occupancy through strategic sales initiatives.
∎ Key Responsibilities
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
∎ Identify new business opportunities in both corporate and individual segments.
∎ Maintain regular contact with clients, travel agents, and corporate partners.
∎ Prepare and present sales proposals, agreements, and contracts.
∎ Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
∎ Work closely with the operations and front office teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
∎ Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
∎ Participate in marketing campaigns, hotel exhibitions, and networking events.
∎ Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned.
