Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Strong Corporate Leadership and Management skills, Abilities including team work and motivations.
∎ Developing and implementing an annual agenda for HR, Admin & Compliance strategy with the Group Operation plan, as and when required.
∎ Good experience of recruitment, understand target hiring skills, sourcing, screening, negotiating candidates.
∎ Very strong compliance knowledge of relevant laws and regulations including RSC and all required certifications and legal documents.
∎ Create and periodically review the HR policy and processes of the organizations and recommend suitable modifications.
∎ Lead in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
∎ Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems.
∎ Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
∎ Monitoring, evaluating and developing operation budgets relating to administration department, expenditures for entire administrative operation in a cost effective manner.
∎ Ensuring proper coordination and facilitation of administrative support services among administrative and other departments within the total group.
∎ Lead the HR, Admin & Compliance team as well as supervise, manage and monitor the overall operational responsibilities of the group.
∎ Work with in close association with the top Management and the foreign experts.
∎ Work closely with the functions of Engineering, Finance, Security and production.
∎ Performing any kinds of legal assignments given by the management as and when required for the organization.
∎ Implementing security policies, regulations, rules & norms and make sure that the environment of the company is safe for employer, employees and visitors.
∎ Ensuring safety-security and compliance issues of the project and settling the issues upon discussion with the top Management.
∎ Oversee the required maintenance work in the project and maintain the records.
∎ Supervise the affairs of the legal department and legal matters to safeguard company’s best interest within the group.
∎ Extending support to the production team to achieve monthly targets.
∎ Dealing with local authority and law enforcement authority for any issues.
∎ Vehicle and transport managements within the company policy.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
