∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Materialize the brief and concept based on the company's needs and vision, brand identity and guidelines
∎ Design web pages, banners, brochures, leaflets, logos, icons/signs, whitepaper, books, visiting cards, crest design, reports, social media posts, info graphics, advertisements, and other marketing materials.
∎ Test graphics across various media
∎ Knowledge on different composition technique.
∎ Good knowledge on Adobe Photoshop & Light room.
∎ Knowledge of software like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop.
∎ Good knowledge on using colors.
∎ Know good design techniques.
∎ Sound knowledge on basic video editing.
∎ Must have ideas on interface compatibility.
∎ Sound Idea of photo editing compatible for website specially.
∎ Developing concept, graphics and layouts for illustration and website.
∎ Creativity and innovation will be treated as added advantage
∎ Planning Concepts by studying relevant information and materials.
∎ Candidate with 2D animation skills in After Effects will be preferable.
∎ Must have experience video Editing with well experience in 3D video.
∎ Social Media Marketing, UX and UI Design.
∎ Advanced Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Figma Software.

∎ Good communication skills both English and Bangla.
∎ Excellent computer skill.
∎ Strong knowledge on HR Operations Business Communication
∎ Highly proactive, Hard working & dedicated.
