Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Business Administration or related fields.
Professional certification in Motion Graphics or Digital Media will be considered an added advantage.
Minimum 3 years of experience in graphics and motion design roles, preferably under Communications Department in a corporate or agency environment.
Job Context:
Graphics Designer operates within the Internal Communications team of Standard MH Group (SGMH), supporting communication initiatives across corporate and factory operations. The role collaborates with different teams across the group to visually communicate company vision, mission, values and key messages to a diverse workforce. It delivers creative design and motion content for campaigns, events, and digital platforms that enhance employee engagement and alignment.
Key Accountabilities:
Develop and maintain a cohesive and strategic visual language across all media to ensure consistent and unified communication of SGMH’s values and culture.
Translate complex organizational ideas, initiatives, and messages into compelling static and motion graphics to enhance understanding and emotional connection among employees.
Design and deliver engaging infographics, digital visuals, and motion content to support internal campaigns, leadership communication, and cultural storytelling.
Apply effective use of color, typography, spacing, and symbolism to subconsciously reinforce the company’s mission, vision, and core values in all creative outputs.
Create engaging content, infographics, animations, and motion graphics for digital platforms, campaigns, and internal communications
Leverage AI-based tools and emerging design technologies to improve efficiency, innovation, and quality in design production.
Maintain and organize a structured digital asset library and brand templates to ensure accessibility, consistency, and long-term usability of design materials.
Evaluate and refine creative outputs based on feedback and engagement insights to continuously enhance the impact and relevance of internal communication visuals.
