Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing concepts, graphics and layouts, including making decisions about fonts, images, readability and readers' needs.
∎ Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size.Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief.
∎ Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, illustrators, other designers and marketing specialists.
∎ Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them.Estimating the time required to complete a design and providing quotes for clients.
∎ Developing design briefs that suit the client's purpose.
∎ Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches and working on layouts ready for print.
∎ Creating designs by hand, drawing or using computer software to achieve similar ends.Select colors, images, text style and layout.
∎ Present the design to clients or the art director.Incorporate changes recommended by the clients into the final design.
∎ To perform any others duties assigned by the management time to time.
