• Ability to handle multiple product categories

• Understand buyer specifications, quality standards, and measurement tolerances

• Ability to handle customer technical inquiries and necessary troubleshooting independently

• Should have thorough knowledge about garment measurement and patterns

• Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork

• Participate in a Risk Analysis meeting and discuss all critical points about customer     acceptance.

• Experience in working with Marks & Spencer buyer will be given priority.

• Review the size set & participants for the PP meeting with comments. Highlights / Discuss the   critical points/areas that need special attention as per customer requirements.

• Review the first sewing output & highlight the issues for corrections.

• Visit relevant sewing lines/finishing areas and highlight the issues for corrective actions.

• Co-operation with buying House/Buyer QA for in-line audits.

• Maintain the style detail file with all required documents.

• 100% pack qty pre-final / Final audit and make sure the shipment is up to customer/Buyer    requirements.

• Need to send the required samples to the relevant Merchandiser/ people (shipment samples,   counter sample, reference sample, etc.).

• Co-operation with 3rd party inspections and any doubts or need for any information should be   clarified from the QA Manager/ Merchandiser / or with the relevant people, and clear guidelines     to the Production / QA teams.
