Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must have core knowledge about marketing-related subjects such as advertising, consumer behavior, marketing strategy, market research, segmentation, brand positioning as well as some knowledge about accounting and finance.
∎ Brand Plan Development - develop a plan that achieves company targets.
∎ Planning event, exhibition or promotion activity, and making budget and finding proper venue.·
∎ Searching supplier for promotional products/ activities and maintain production and delivery.
∎ Developing and implementing creative marketing strategies that will make an impact, support to build the brand & reputation of the organization.
∎ Create potent trade related strategies to ensure partners are motivated and brand is visible at retail stores.
∎ Create attainable Sales target for the sales team.
∎ Develop motivating incentive packages for the sales team.   Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to improve brand awareness, market share and profitability.
∎ Conduct customer research, market conditions, competitor data analysis and implements marketing plan changes as needed.
∎ Develop promotional material and distribution as well as customize materials according to specific market or customer requirements.
∎ Plan and administer the company's Marketing budget and keep it in cost control.
∎ Develop plans for products and promotion and taking necessary action regarding integrated brand management.
