Responsibilities & Context:

Hotel General Manager

  • Overall Operations:

    Oversees daily hotel operations across all departments to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. 

  • Financial Management:

    Develops and manages budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability. 

  • Staff Leadership:

    Recruits, trains, and supervises all hotel staff, fostering a productive work environment. 

  • Guest Satisfaction:

    Ensures high levels of guest satisfaction and resolves issues promptly. 

  • Strategic Planning:

    Develops and implements policies and procedures to improve efficiency and sets strategic goals for the hotel. 

Marketing Manager

  • Marketing Strategy:

    Develops and executes marketing and promotional strategies to increase occupancy and revenue. 

  • Market Research:

    Conducts market research, analyzes trends, and monitors competitor activities to identify opportunities. 

  • Campaign Management:

    Oversees the creation of promotional materials and manages marketing campaigns to reach target audiences. 

  • Performance Analysis:

    Analyzes the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and makes data-driven decisions for improvement. 

  • Budget Oversight:

    Manages the marketing budget to ensure efficient use of resources. 

Food & Beverage Manager 

  • Menu & Quality:

    Designs and develops attractive menus, ensuring high standards of food and beverage quality and presentation.

  • Staff Management:

    Hires, trains, and supervises F&B staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to service standards.

  • Inventory & Cost Control:

    Manages inventory, procures supplies, and monitors product, labor, and operational costs to maximize profitability.

  • Health & Safety:

    Implements and enforces health and safety regulations and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment.

  • Customer Experience:

    Monitors and improves guest satisfaction by resolving issues and delivering excellent service in all F&B outlets.
