Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have a good connection with factories product wise (Knit/Jacket/Sweaters/Bottom) to run the business independently in fulfillment of prevailing customer demand. Have a strong sourcing bases and knowledge about procuring garments in the most cost-effective sources ensuring right product quality.
∎ Oversee and do costing and pricing of the garment and negotiations with factories to reach the final target prices. The price quotation and cost sheet submitting to Directors.
∎ Responsible for total Marketing and Merchandising department meet up the objectives and targets.
∎ The Candidate must have sound knowledge on all types of yarns, trims, fabrics and accessories.
∎ Keeping close follow up within team regarding all kind of Development & Production Sampling and ensure submission as per buyer's dead line
∎ Supervise and provide coaching, guidance, counselling and training to the teams.
∎ Lead the teams to increase company profitability, Develop new customers and business
∎ Monitor and facilitate timely delivery. Maintain constant liaison with the factory and factory personnel. Proper execution of orders according to planned Time and Action Plan on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time by the management.
∎ Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to Directors on all ongoing activities and issues.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and team working skills.
∎ Should be able to work on own initiative under pressure.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Highest Salary will be given to the deserving candidate.
