Experience:
At least 10-15 year(s) working experience in the RMG sector.
Sound knowledge in Bangladesh labor low-2006 & rules-2018
Experience working with the export-oriented RMG- Garments sector is required.
The applicants should have experience in the area of General HR, Performance & Career Management,Organization Development/ Process Improvement,Recruitment & Selection.
The position will be responsible for talent acquisition and organizational development-related activities under the guidance of the team lead to provide the best human resources who will contribute towards the continuous growth of the company.
This incumbent will ensure all open positions are screened and filled within an appropriate time frame through sourcing, interviewing and hiring candidates for all visible vacancies local and overseas employees.
Screening the candidates by resume shortlisting, phone interviews and personal interviews with coordination with the concerned departments & background verification of the shortlisted candidates.
Follow up with the related clerical aspects of employment, such as completing prescribed joining formalities, notifying the department of the employee`s start date and the requisition the employee is filling out, etc.
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace, Monitoring, evaluating, and developing operation budgets relating to Administration within the department, and expenditures for the entire administrative operation in a cost-effective manner.
Create and periodically review the HR policy and processes of the organizations and recommend suitable modifications.
Recruit, retain, and maintain a pool of talents in the organization as per business objectives by ensuring recruitment and other related policies.
Ensure IR and employee relation issues are properly addressed, especially grievances and disciplinary procedures are attended to as per the law of the land.
Implementing different policies, regulations, rules & norms and making sure that the environment of the company is safe for employers, employees, and visitors.
Implement various employee engagement initiatives to keep the workforce motivated and with high morale.
Performing any kinds of legal assignments given by the management as and when required for the organization.
Ensure on-time performance appraisal and KPI review processes are maintained in the factory.
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs of human resources.
