Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have core knowledge on modern concept above on sales & marketing such as advertising, consumer behavior, marketing strategy, market research, segmentation, brand positioning as well as some knowledge about accounting and finance.
∎ Brand Plan Development - develop a plan that achieves company targets. This will include, but is not limited to, advertising, program/promotions, and research. Must be able to work collaboratively with agencies/vendors and internal resources to drive superior market results.
∎ Market Analysis - provide consumption based data analysis for brand. Provide insight and support to the enterprise to better understand market trends and dynamics. Also, identify opportunities in markets with unmet needs.
∎ Cost calculation for operation of the project and submitting necessary document to account department in time.
∎ Planning event, exhibition or promotion activity, and making budget and finding proper venue.
∎ Searching supplier for promotional products/ activities and maintain production and delivery.
∎ Overseeing the production of TV adverts, newspaper and magazine advertisements, direct mail packs, email campaigns, websites, exhibition stands, road shows and leasing with art designers, copywriters, media buyers and printers.
∎ Developing and implementing creative marketing strategies that will make an impact, support the brand and drive sales and build organization repute and brand.
∎ Create specific brand objectives and monitor them regularly and ensure they are met.
∎ Ensure sustainable growth for the brand.
∎ Create attainable Sales Target for the sales team.
∎ Develop motivating incentive packages for the sales team.
∎ Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing strategies to improve brand awareness, market share and profitability.
∎ Conduct customer research, market conditions, competitor data analysis and implements marketing plan changes as needed.
∎ Develop promotional material and distribution as well as customize materials according to specific market or customer requirements
∎ Plan and administer the company's Marketing budget and keep it in cost control.
∎ Build, develop and train the marketing team which is competent, commercially astute, dedicated and efficient.
∎ Develop plans for products and promotion and taking necessary action regarding integrated brand management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 15 to 20 years experience in a reputed FMCG Company.
∎ At least 5 years working experience in similar position.
∎ Dynamic and modern thinking for effective marketing.
∎ Excellent communication and Managerial skills.
∎ The incumbent should have knowledge on modern sales and marketing concept.
∎ Will be capable to handle Laptop/ Desktop in advance Level.
