∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering.
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure meet the objectives and targets of the customer's quality.
∎ Setting quality standards of the factory following customer's requirements and guidance for each department and process.
∎ Working experience in handling pre-production meeting, line layout; In-line production quality control, final Inspection with all aspect of quality assurance.
∎ Experience in Denim textile all processing is a must.
∎ Should have knowledge on computers to prepare inline & final inspection reports.
∎ Analyze inspection reports to identify sources of quality problems and take necessary counter measures to improve future results.
∎ Coordinate with factory fabric marketing team & all relevant staffs.
∎ Provide quality guideline & technical advises to production team
∎ Conduct Pre Production (PP) Meeting, Inline Inspection, Pre Final & Final Random Inspection (FRI)
∎ Monitor production closely and provide technical support when needed to ensure the final products are met with customer quality requirement
∎ Prepare & maintain technical reports at every stage.
∎ To establish and oversee all quality control procedures for the Denim textile factory.
∎ To analysis the root cause of quality problem in production process.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong leadership, team management, problem solving and multi-tasking skill.
∎ Must have the ability to supervise and inspire team members
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali
∎ Good knowledge & skills in computing
∎ Strong technical knowledge in Quality system
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Needs to have Strong knowledge/understanding of Quality
∎ Denims Textile factory working experience is necessary.
