Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the overall factory operations as per organizational policy and standard.
∎ Direct and administer the production for smooth execution of dyeing production at factory as per the buyer's specifications
∎ Overall monitoring of the production activities of about 3.0ton capacity yarn unit.
∎ Follow up all types of operational activities for the production.
∎ Establishing marketing goals to ensure share of market and profitability of products and/or services
∎ Developing and recommending pricing strategy for the organization which will result in the greatest share of the market over the long run
∎ Sales program to generate new referrals.
∎ Communicate with marketing team, buyer & supervise the dyeing plan for smooth production.
∎ Have very good communication with buyers to collect order set by the company.
∎ Communicate marketing team to increase orders to fulfill the target
∎ Produce all materials as per buyers/Customers' demand.
∎ Solve yarn-related technical/ Production problem.
∎ Monitoring the quality of inputs such as grey material, dyes and chemicals, yarn parameter.
∎ Supervise the production plans to optimize the production output by best utilization of manning, machine and raw materials.
∎ Adjust/modification lab to bulk recipe, sample to bulk recipe and dying process to achieve R.F.T.
∎ Check QC reports.
∎ Monitor to ensure order delivery with timely execution till the final stage of shipment.
∎ Capable to give technical solution at any unexpected situation.
∎ Capable to insure quality parameter for every section (Raw material to delivery).
∎ Training low-level managers & staff.
∎ Generating reports
∎ Cost analysis.
∎ Time to time visit buyers for any quality issue & new developments
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by senior management
