Responsibilities & Context:
IFL FACTORY LIMITED is a 100% Oriented Garments Industry looking for highly ambitious and careerist, experienced to work in the apparel division for the mentioned positions:
Job Responsibility:
Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards
Develop and implement short-term and long-term production strategies
Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet deadlines
Manage and mentor production staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment
Coordinate with other departments such as supply chain, quality control, and maintenance
Develop and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes for optimization
Prepare and manage the production budget, controlling costs and enhancing profitability
Ensure adequate inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.
Any other assignments assigned by Higher Management.
