∎ Graduated degree in any discipline but more experience on Head and Cap production should

Job Context:
∎ We are an export oriented renown Garments Manufacturer, looking for a dynamic, energetic
∎ and analytic candidate for the post of "GM-Production". The incumbent must have initiative, experience and the drive to deliver high quality results.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acknowledgement of the order quantity in advance for making production plan and to liaise with the Management and to give necessary directives to the Head and Cap Production Manager of the unit regarding the production and production plan.
∎ To keep close eyes in order to attain acceptable production limit and to ensure about the implementation of the production schedule. If any production manager fails to achieve the production target, then reason is to be found out from production manager and he is to be guided for more production
∎ Having clear idea about the quality of garments and to guide his subordinates to take necessary corrective measures if there is any problem of quality so that garments can be made exportable stage
∎ To make necessary arrangement of training for the subordinates in order to increase the production capability by following modern production procedure.
∎ To advise Production Manager to follow the production schedule
∎ To take the responsibility during an audit by the buyer regarding compliance issues
∎ To take all necessary safety measures in connection with the production
∎ To ensure proper planning to assure smooth operation within the team
∎ Arrangement of briefing, training, coordinating, controlling and taking timely decision
∎ To take an active role while formulating the policy of the factory
∎ Manage and direct activities congenial to productivity ensuring optimum utilization of man, machine & material to yield higher productivity.
∎ Analyze, control and reduce cost and wastage in an effective and efficient manner.
∎ Monitor operational performance and improve existing performance through process and technology improvement.
∎ Ensure product design and development and related R&D activities as per the customer requirements
∎ Manage work in progress costing and quality.
∎ Report production related information in prescribed format in a given period.
∎ Establish and implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, and procedures, conferring with the Company policies, and determine staffing needs.
∎ Coordinate with other department heads as required.
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to create and lead a team-based environment;
∎ Experience in a highly automated fulfillment environment is preferred;
∎ Demonstrated abilities in process improvement of garments management;
∎ Report presentation skill and interpersonal skill;
∎ Excellent communication skill both written and speaking in English;
∎ Well understanding about the Industrial Engineering and Work Study
