∎ Minimum 15 years' experience with 8-10 years in a managerial position, reporting directly to management.
∎ Preference for candidates with experience in the garments/knit industry.
∎ Strong leadership, team management, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Proficiency in computing.
∎ Knowledge in 5s, 6 sigma, lean management & other productivity enhancement tools & techniques.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.§  Strong understanding of Planning.
∎ Result-oriented with positive work ethics.
∎ Self-driven, motivated, and proactive.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and work effectively in a team.
∎ Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic production environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for overall activities from cutting to shipment related to production and operation.
∎ Ensure 100% capacity utilization and waste reduction.
∎ Manage tasks for smooth production, final inspection pass, and on-time shipment.
∎ Monitor order status and conduct regular meetings with merchandising & marketing for order planning.
∎ Build a highly motivated workforce to achieve targets.
∎ Establish discipline and proper housekeeping on production floors.
∎ Optimize utilization of manpower and machinery.
∎ Implementing Standard MMR 2.0 for operations.
∎ Ensure line balancing as per layout, time, and motion study for all styles.
∎ Communicate directly with top management when issues arise.
