∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and managing a strategic planning framework by driving an effective and efficient planning cycle.
∎ Production planning for monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annually considering material planning & manning planning for existing operation as well as upcoming orders.
∎ Generating solutions as well as leading and overseeing the production activities and reporting to management including planning and strategy updates to resolve key issues.
∎ Coordinating through leading, motivating and inspiring other departments (Merchandising, Production, Sample, QC, and Store) to drive solutions.
∎ Monitoring & ensuring quality of total supply chain from raw materials sourcing to shipment.
∎ Monitor and follow up output vs. input flow as per company standard.
∎ Meeting and understanding the Buyer's urge and requirement and fulfill them accordingly.
∎ Promoting cross team-working for the Strategy, Planning and Implementation team - day to day workflow management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in similar position for at least 5 years
∎ Ability to work under pressure and deliver high quality outputs within tight deadlines.
∎ Excellent people skills, including in conflict resolution and team building, problem solving, and negotiations.
∎ Knowledge of the Production & Planning concepts and best practices.
