Garments Production
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for supervising and coordinating all production process , and shipment works. Develop and define critical performance metrics to control processes, measure performance, and guide corrective action
∎ Direct all personnel activities including staffing, employee relations, goal setting, personal development, performance reviews, discipline and terminations in consultation with the management.
∎ Contribute to the evaluation and development of operational strategy and performance goals and objectives in cooperation with executive team
∎ Manage budgets, schedules and key operating metrics
∎ Formulate, manage and control production operating budget and ensure that manufacturing costs are within budget etc
∎ Any others tasks assigned by the higher ups.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sweater
∎ Strong technical knowledge in production, IE and quality system of all Buyer
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate inspectors.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
