• Oversee and manage the entire production operations in the woven garments’ unit.

• Develop and implement strategic production plans to meet company goals.

• Ensure proper manpower, machines, and materials to achieve higher productivity.

• Utilize industrial engineering principles to enhance production efficiency.

• Establish and enforce quality standards across all production processes.

• Lead and mentor the production management team and staff.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork.

• Oversee the production budget and manage production costs effectively.

• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising on quality.

• Implement effective inventory control systems to minimize waste and overstocking.

• Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams for timely material availability.

• Encourage innovation and continuous improvement in production processes.

• Any other task assigned by management.
