Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for creating & performing Marketing Garments products.
∎ Supervise, coordinate and lead a merchandising team independently and should have vast knowledge on both knit & woven garments.
∎ Oversee and do costing and pricing of the garment and negotiations with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.
∎ Communicate & Coordinate with overseas corporate office regularly & follow up as per their provided program.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge on Marketing/Exports, Merchandising, Sourcing, Strategic Planning, team Management & Operation.
∎ Sourcing of orders coordination with Buyers / Factories.
∎ Should have hands on experience in Customer Relation Management, Product & Business Development as well as Vendor Management.
∎ Have to manage client accounts from order inquiry to shipment, Inventory and Supply chain planning.
∎ Should have the knowledge to work through the special imported fabric.
∎ Responsible for proper follow-up and committed with the timeline given by Buyers and obviously meet the timeline.
∎ Coordinates with the production team in order to deliver on-time shipment and ensure merchandisers are updating order status to the buyer.
∎ Have to take care of all aspects of quality from the initial to the final stage of the production. Candidate must keep close liaison with buyers & Suppliers for any update of the production.
∎ Co-ordinate customers/ suppliers visits and deploys resources accordingly.
∎ Must have sound knowledge about product costing & pricing process/procedure.
∎ To ensure proper planning to assure smooth operation within the team Arrangement of briefing, training, coordinating, controlling and taking the timely decision
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years

∎ Must have experience in woven items.
∎ Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
∎ Computer skills in MS Office, MS Excel and Internet
∎ Self-motivated, confident and proactive.

∎ Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should have continued learning mindset.
∎ Capable to manage different Buyer's requirements independently
∎ Efficiently provide all kinds of support to the group leader from receiving orders to final shipment
∎ Possess a high sense of responsibility in the order to completion of the assignment
∎ Should be a long-term planner.
