∎ BSC in Textile and MBA from Marketing.
∎ Educational qualification is relax for highly experience candidates.

Job Context:
∎ Job Location: Kunabari,Gazipur.
∎ Our per day sewing capacity is 320000 pcs.
∎ N. B: Candidate having experience in woven and denim marketing are requested not to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for total Marketing department.
∎ Capable of planning, marketing of Knit based garments and sub-contract also at order crisis moment.
∎ Skill in costing, production planning, and having technical knowledge .Able to line booking for round the year at any situation & run the factory independently.
∎ To meet the objectives and targets of the Marketing & Merchandising department .
∎ Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
∎ Team Player/Leader of a Marketing & Merchandising Team.
∎ Oversee and do costing and pricing of the garment and negotiations with the buyers to reach the final acceptable prices.
∎ Monitoring the status of approval / per-production / photo samples/delivery.
∎ Must have the ability to understand current market trends and buying psychology.
∎ Proper execution of orders according to planned Time and Action Plan on regular basis to ensure on time shipment with right quality and quantity.
∎ To Follow up with planning/production.
∎ Should be capable of new business development & promotion with fresh Buyer
∎ Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting to management on ongoing activities and issues.

∎ Age 42 to 48 years
