Job Responsibilities:
∎ Making total machine wise knitting Production Plan & follow-up
∎ Carry out the overall production planning of Knitting
∎ Coordinate daily Knitting planning according to shipment plan & ensure fabrics delivery on time.
∎ Prepared shipment schedule and ensure on time shipment delivery.
∎ Ensure accurate & optimal capacity planning emphasizing on cost reduction to increase profitability.
∎ Ensure a quality production with maximum target achievement through perfect production planning.
∎ Develop and maintain status of information that provides accurate analysis of raw material, work in process, and unreleased work.
∎ Monitor production process that buyers requirement is being followed properly.
∎ Develop close relationship with operational teams to ensure on time delivery of products by optimal utilization of equipment & manpower.
∎ Preparing reconciliation report for each of the orders.
∎ Report to the authority in details for time to time.
∎ Any Other tasks assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have skill to monitor and evaluate raw materials, man power planning, production recording.
∎ Skilled in database management & smart in communication
∎ Self-motivated and self-organized with a positive attitude.
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have good personality.
∎ Possess high degree of correspondence & analytical ability.
∎ Computer knowledge in E-mail, Internet, Word and Excel is a must with the need to produce reports for management and clients.
∎ Must have team work and cooperation mentality.
