Food and Beverage, International Sales and Manrketing, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, develop, monitor and control the sales strategies internationally to increase sales and profit of the company.
∎ Directly manage, train & monitor the full-time sales team and provide support in abroad.
∎ Guide the filed team with executable planning to ensure daily, weekly and monthly target.
∎ Implement right product inventory management system so that the product availability ensures.
∎ Monitoring competitive environment, identifying key market and business.
∎ To develop and maintain existing international market and buyer as well as find out the GAAP market and ensure to fulfill the GAAP market.
∎ Plan, coordinate & follow up promotional & event related activities.
∎ Works to develop new business opportunities, research viable new business relationships.
∎ Supports and maintains formal activity reporting processes for international representatives and distributors.
∎ Maintains compliance with International Trade.
∎ Supervising & closely monitoring the Sales, Sales after service, merchandising activities and monitoring the team to achieve the Sales target.
∎ Conduct regular merchandising of products in the area as per guideline.
∎ Accelerate action plan to identify potential international market or clients along with new sales opportunity.
∎ Assist in developing and achieving an annual sales target for international markets.
∎ Build and manage strategic relationships with a range of Distributors, Channel partner, Buyer, Importer and End customers.
∎ Take responsibility and track exports forecasts, shipments and trends.
∎ Collaborate with representative of the country and maintain professional relationships with all agents and clients and assist in shipment products.
∎ Collect, analyze export market information (e.g., growing customers need, competitor's activities, market trends) and generate idea for new product development, promotion and export.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5 years work experience in Middle East.
∎ Minimum 10 to 15 countries frequently visiting experience especially in the middle east.
∎ Proactive, assertive and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ Excellent presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills.
∎ Strong command in English & Arabic.
∎ Practical experience to work in Middle East will get preference.
∎ Familiar with Tally ERP 9 or ERP software.
