Responsibilities & Context:

1. Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s overall business goals.

  • Advise senior management on organizational structure, workforce planning, and HR policies.

  • Drive change management initiatives and foster a high-performance culture.

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Oversee recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.

  • Approve manpower plans and ensure optimal staffing levels.

  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and skill gaps.

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Maintain a positive employee relations environment.

  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

  • Lead employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance job satisfaction.

4. Performance Management

  • Oversee the implementation of performance appraisal systems.

  • Set KPIs in collaboration with department heads.

  • Drive succession planning and career development efforts.

5. Learning & Development

  • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills.

  • Implement leadership development initiatives.

  • Monitor effectiveness of training programs and revise as needed.

6. Compensation & Benefits

  • Develop competitive compensation and benefits structures.

  • Ensure timely payroll processing and compliance with tax regulations.

  • Review salary benchmarks and make recommendations to remain competitive.

7. HR Compliance & Policy Management

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements.

  • Update and implement HR policies and procedures.

  • Conduct regular HR audits and manage risk.

8. Administrative Management

  • Oversee office administration, facilities management, and vendor relationships.

  • Manage company assets, travel arrangements, and office supplies.

  • Ensure efficient administrative support for all departments.

9. HR Technology & Data Management

  • Oversee HRIS (Human Resource Information System) implementation and use.

  • Utilize data analytics to support decision-making and track HR metrics.

  • Ensure data privacy and confidentiality.

10. Budgeting & Reporting

  • Prepare and manage the HR and admin budget.

  • Provide regular reports and dashboards to senior management.

  • Monitor expenditures and optimize costs where possible.
