1. Strategic HR Leadership

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Oversee recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Approve manpower plans and ensure optimal staffing levels.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and skill gaps.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
Maintain a positive employee relations environment.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Lead employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance job satisfaction.
4. Performance Management
Oversee the implementation of performance appraisal systems.
Set KPIs in collaboration with department heads.
