Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ At least 15 years in woven/knit fabric development & sourcing, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership position.
∎ Strong understanding of dyeing, finishing, and fabric testing standards.
∎ Strong knowledge of global fabric trends and technologies
∎ Excellent negotiation, communication, and team leadership skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
∎ Knowledge of ERP systems and fabric databases is an advantage
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead all fabric development, innovation, and sourcing activities aligned with buyer requirements and market trends.
∎ Develop sustainable and performance-oriented fabrics in collaboration with global and local suppliers.
∎ Oversee fabric testing, quality assurance, and lab processes to meet required specifications.
∎ Establish and maintain strong vendor and mill relationships to ensure timely delivery of quality fabrics.
∎ Provide technical support to merchandising and production teams for fabric-related queries or issues.
∎ Ensure all fabrics comply with international standards (OEKO-TEX, GOTS, ZDHC, REACH, etc.).
∎ Control fabric costs and negotiate pricing without compromising on quality and lead time.
∎ Monitor and evaluate team performance, provide necessary training and technical guidance.
∎ Coordinate with R&D, Compliance, and Buyer liaison teams to fulfill sustainability and innovation goals.

Dyeing machine of brand Sclavos, Stenter machine of brand of Bruckner and Compacting machine of brand Bianco.
