Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile or Graduation from any reputed University or Graduation in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production, Textile (Weaving Factory)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Dyeing Factory, Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for all activities from weaving, Dyeing, finishing, packing, maintenance, store, IE & Planning team for smooth operation of Denim fabric production.
∎ Manage & Direct activities congenial to ensure achievement of production targets and guide production teams to attain targets for the respective unit within given time-frame.
∎ Control the day-to-day operations of the production department ensuring that the production plan is adhered to by customer requirement.
∎ Direct and control the improvement of production processes & reduce all types of wastage by proper planning.
∎ Good knowledge on Denim fabric & technically problem solving ability with required quality standard.
∎ Achieve optimum level of productivity by maintaining AQL required by buyer.
∎ Identify production line blockages and take necessary steps to solve.
∎ Ensure daily, weekly & monthly production as per planning.
∎ Monitor, control and utilization of man, machine & material for optimum productivity.
∎ Maintain quality product for each style and no compromise with quality at everywhere (ensure shipment with zero defects)
∎ Supervise production floor for highest level of productivity given by management.
∎ Establish effective communication with Production, dyeing and finishing & Quality team responsible personnel to fulfill the order quantity and avoid any short shipment.
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of wastage like rejection, alteration, over production, and extra working hour.
∎ Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.
∎ Controlling all activities of production section as per the direction of the Higher Management.
∎ Highly efficient to control worker at floor will strong motivational ability.
∎ Good communication skill to bridge the gap between the officers/staffs & workers.
∎ Handling orders of any buyer independently.
∎ Supporting compliance requirements of the buyer for the factory.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of man, machine and material to achieve higher productivity.
∎ Analyze, control and reduce cost in effective and efficient manner calculations on minute value.
∎ Establish and maintain operational guidelines, procedure and practice.
∎ Have fair concept about Industrial Engineering (IE) i.e. specially on SAM/ SMV based production and good knowledge on SAM/ SMV able to work with minimum value.
∎ Establish effective communication with concerned persons (Like weaving, dyeing, quality, finishing and store department) to fulfill the order quantify and avoid any short shipment.
∎ Prepare and monitor budget to achieve goals in line with company plans/ goals.
∎ Responsible for reporting all production related information in prescribed formats within given period and deadlines (Production report, Yarn, Stock report, Production summery , MIS report, Operation wise test report etc), as well as other reports related to cost, wastage, maintenance, consumption, monthly stock, people, quality and safety for effective decision making by management.
∎ Coordinate activities with supply chain and review material position to ensure on time shipment.
∎ Any other tasks assignment by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years

∎ Strong oral and written communication skill both in Bengali and English.
