Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise & monitor regular maintenance works of all knitting & Dyeing machineries.
∎ Monthly/ Yearly schedule preventive maintenance for all equipments and machineries.
∎ To supervise / Monitor repairs, installation & commissioning of new machinery and equipments related to modern Knitting, Dyeing, Printing & Dyeing Finishing Machine, Generator, compressor and Boiler.
∎ Can also maintain AOP Machineries
∎ To list out and maintain required spare parts for all equipments and machinery.
∎ To develop operation & maintenance policy, procedure and manuals.
∎ To ensure the smooth function of utility services.
∎ Skill in emergency repairing & maintenance work.
∎ Diagnoses the faults, running the machine within sort time after solved the faults.
∎ To ensure the safety of working people through compliance with Occupational Safety and Environmental Regulations.
∎ To organize and prepare factories for facing different audits like Accord, Alliance, H&M, Wal-Mart*, GAP, Bureau Veritas along with other ethical/ environmental/ technical/ Electrical & Fire Safety etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in maintenance & utility in any Textile industry
∎ Should have leadership quality
∎ Should have strong technical knowledge on all kind of Knitting & Dyeing machine
∎ A good interpersonal and communication skill over English Language is mandatory.
∎ Basic computer operating knowledge is also mandatory.
∎ Should have innovative & good decision maker
∎ Should be very technical in leading the department
Salary: Tk. 200000 (Monthly)
