Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor, Supervise & Control overall Compliance.
∎ Planning, developing, updating and implementing different policies and procedures pertaining to the strategies of Compliance.
∎ Preparing the different complying with the COC of the different buyer with view to face different compliance audits (Social, Technical, Security & QMS ) etc .
∎ Coordinate with top management and shoulder responsibilities.
∎ Formulate employee motivation factors, counseling, grievance and labor handling, conflict management etc.
∎ Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace maintaining efficient operation of Safety, Hygiene and Environment.
∎ To ensure over all Factory security & safety system.
∎ To coordinate Compliance, HR, Admin and Production department during compliance audit.
∎ Properly communicate with BGMEA, compliance auditors ,BERC, fire & civil defense department , labor office , Environment office ,local influences .
∎ Monitor & Supervise employee development & training .
∎ Monitor & Supervise policy development & documentation.
∎ Responsible for physical protection includes asset protection, work place violence prevention, access control system, surveillance with internal & external theft & threat.
∎ Must be well conversant Sprinkler, Fire Hydrant and Auto Detection.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge of disciplinary action Compliance.
∎ Knowledge of Buyers' Compliance and Certification.
∎ Experience of 5000-6000 worker's factory handling (Sweater Factory).
Salary: Tk. 100000 - 120000 (Monthly)
