∎ This position shall be based Head Office and will report to Sales & Marketing Director.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve monthly and yearly sales target which should be significantly higher than Industry growth.
∎ Analyse, research, and understand customer insights on application based needs and requirement.
∎ Develop effective channel and distribution strategy to ensure rapid coverage expansion in a sustainable & profitable manner.
∎ Negotiate with key decision makers (MD/owners/engineers/consultants) of B2B segment based on product knowledge and technical know how.
∎ Establish market leadership in terms of sales volume, premium price, margin and cash flow management.
∎ Generate adequate market demand through appropriate marketing activities and accordingly make right forecast for all the products for all the regions.
∎ Implement dynamic credit management policy and ensure 100% adherence of the policy for all the customers.
∎ Monitor & assess customer performance and accordingly formulate customer management way forward.
∎ Guide, train, and motivate the corporate sales team to achieve the targeted sales, revenue, and margin.
∎ Ensure on time resolution of all customer related issues and concerns on products, systems or services
∎ Ensure best in class customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 10 -12 years experience in a reputed organization
