∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounts and Finance
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Professional Certification: ACA,CPA,M.Com (Accounting) from any public University with CA (CC)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts and Finance, Internal Audit
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of Audit plan and performs audit works.
∎ Inspect books of accounts and review accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and use of accepted accounting procedures in connection with record transactions.
∎ Analyze, and verify annual reports, financial statements, and other records, using accepted accounting and statistical procedures.
∎ Expertise in VAT, TAX, Procurement , Sound knowledge in LC Department export-import, custom & bond
∎ Liaison and negotiating with financial institutions, banks for managing day-to-day treasury related function.
∎ Should have clear knowledge over Value Added Tax Act and Rules, 1991.
∎ Should have clear knowledge over Value Added Tax Act & Supplementary Duty Act, 2012 and VAT & SD Rules, 2016.
∎ Should have clear Knowledge over Customs Act, 1969.
∎ Should have clear knowledge about VDS & TDS.
∎ Maintain Import, Export register Musuk Challan, VAT returns and all other register as per VAT and SD Act, 2012.
∎ Handling VAT Audit conducted by VAT Authorities and other Govt. Auditors.
∎ Preserve all documents as per Acts and Rules.
∎ Represent the company in legal proceeding as well as maintaining liaison with the concerned VAT, Customs and Govt. Offices.
∎ Should have clear knowledge over Court Cases.
∎ And any other assignment which may be assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Procurement, LC Department, Tax and VAT
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Manufacturing Industry.
