∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Textile degree will be an added advantage.

∎ 15 to 18 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ An ideal Candidate will lead the entire merchandising team and will be responsible for marketing.
∎ Obtain full responsibility from product development to shipping through T & A plan management, as well as after services required by the customers.
∎ Must be capable to do direct marketing and should have good connection with the buyers.
∎ Our ideal candidate should be a self-starter that is able to perform multi-tasking, work well and within tight deadlines, while still maintaining a positive attitude.
∎ Lead the team in a result driven & competitive environment.
∎ Monitor and report on all activities and forecasts and provide relevant management information.
∎ Must be well conversant in English.
∎ Computer literacy in communication, excel reporting and PP is must.
∎ Flexibility in working beyond the time.
∎ Other tasks assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have at least 15-18 year working experiences in the RMG industry
∎ Must be target and goal oriented.
∎ Strong knowledge about costing, price negotiation, close follow-up with customers until orders are shipped.
∎ Must have working experiences with any reputed large woven bottom factory.
∎ Must have experiences in the similar role for at least 5 years.
Salary: Negotiable
