Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and execute the installation of the launcher above pier caps, ensuring alignment, stability, and compliance with engineering specifications.
Perform detailed calculations for moment balance during launching mode, shifting mode, and girder erection to ensure safe handling and stability.
Prepare and follow the detailed operation manual of the launcher in English, ensuring adherence to safety procedures and operational guidelines.
Manage variation of launcher assembly width while shifting from one pier to another.
Determine and execute permissible slope percentage and turning radius, supported by moment balance and stability calculations.
Calculate and ensure maximum attainable span length during launching operations.
