Job Context:

∎ Act as a team leader of overall operations of the Factory.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Direct & Control overall HR & administration department and it's activities.
∎ Handling disciplinary & Grievance issues of the organization as per law.
∎ Coordinate with the government authorities (Bangladesh Police, RAB, and Ministry of Home Affairs, ANSAR etc.) to manage and handle any crisis situation.
∎ Ensure safety and security of all the people, premises and assets.
∎ Develop and implement fire safety plans, policies by ensuring availability of fire extinguishing system, fire extinguisher, fire detection and firefighting appliances, providing training to security personnel to minimize fire hazards in power plants.
∎ Provide sound environment in Indoor, Outdoor and Office Management.
∎ Ensure smooth & uninterrupted operation of the company providing required administrative & logistic service to all departments & employees of the unit.
∎ Closely monitor and ensure proper security system through the organization
∎ Manage all employment verification.
∎ To lead, appraise and ensure appropriate training of security personal on regular basis.
∎ Responsible for physical protection includes asset protection, work place violence prevention, access control system, surveillance with internal & external theft & threat.
∎ Responsible for Traffic control and surveillance system (including emergency telephone system, closed circuit television and PA system).
∎ Ensure legal compliance of policies and procedures, termination, dismissal Compensation, disciplinary action, etc. Formulate employee motivation factors, counseling, grievance and labor handling, conflict management etc.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the management time to time.
∎ Have to look after the production, quality control, on time delivery, customer complaints and inventory managements.

∎ Age 40 to 55 years

∎ Skills Required: Factory Administration, Factory HR Administration
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments, Garments Compliance, Garments Industry, Garments Sector, Spinning Industry, Textile Industry, Spinning Accessories, & Spinning Mills QC
∎ Should have strong track record in corporate HR practice related to HR Planning, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits.
∎ Organization Development proficiency.
∎ Compliance and Social Audit Proficiency.
∎ Demonstrating discretion, confidentiality, diplomacy, integrity, honesty and openness.
