Additional Requirements:

- The candidate must have a minimum of 17 years’ experience and be skilled & technically sound in the garment field.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Capable of handling the washing process, practical knowledge of enzyme wash, normal garment wash, acid wash, stone wash, GSM treatment, and denim wash.
- Provide trend analysis of colors, styles, & design presentation for product development. Cover the whole product range from the style analysis up to the garment, ensuring correct fabrics & garment construction and value addition
- Follow up on production at every section of the wet/dry process and take responsibility for quality and timely execution of the delivery. Communicate with the merchandisers to get better understanding of each of their target market & affordability of finish, etc.
- Any other duties/responsibilities as and when assigned.
Job Other Benifits:
Salary: 460,000 (BDT)
House Rent Allowance: 40,000 (BDT)
