Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle Production & Planning Division of VIRGO's Factory related operational initiatives to secure firm financial deals and maintain its market value.
∎ Oversee and build targets along with seasonal budgets, projection costs and overhead.
∎ Get new development ideas to help improve the growth and production of the factory.
∎ Initiate business plans and future roadmap by working close to management.
∎ Determine and prepare workflow ahead of season for a successful annual programme to ensure quality and the best output achievable for its Production Unit.
∎ Understand needs and requirements by coordinating with employees to develop a clean environment for its team to work with Targets and fulfil them ahead of time.
∎ Manage and coordinate financial deals with Accounts division and ensure the maximum benefit for its factory Division.
∎ Ensure new deals, help reach new goals and standards for optimum operational success.
∎ Build high quality brand image through ensuring quality standards required.
∎ Ensure proper team management of corporate employees hired by the management.
∎ Create an inspirational and growth-enabled environment for staff and foster positive company philosophy, ensure employee satisfaction.
∎ Build the perfect communication, a proper bridge for management and corporate staff.
∎ Develop and help in pricing models, policies and rate sheets for factory division services and finished merchandise for optimum profit.
∎ Develop annual vision, strategy and plan to drive top-line growth and bottom-line profitability. Keep an eye for fellow competitor's actions and growth.
∎ Execute all sorts of operations and overcome obligations ensuring proper workflow, with annual audits, preventing loss, schedule system, and capture newer markets by fulfilling requirements set by management.
∎ Develop and understand competitive solutions to ensure optimum growth of the company.
∎ Coordination with marketing and merchandising team for future orders, present order status thus boosting the capacity status of the factory.
∎ Ensure Technical setting of the floor for the reduction of cost and production friendly output.
∎ Ensure regular PP meetings, day to day Production monitoring, Factory work study/industrial engineering, Shipment planning and shipments, Employee Training, Recruitment and other Managerial duties to ensure proper workflow.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 8-10 year(s) in Reputed Garments Industry.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Must have good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
∎ Must have knowledge of computer and factory operational software.
∎ Must have good communication skill in both Bangla & English.
