∎ Virgo Fashion Limited is a 100% export-oriented composite Terry towel-manufacturing unit of Virgo and it operates from the BSCIC Industrial area of Kishoreganj.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, coordinate, organize and control the total productions on floor.
∎ Contact suppliers to verify shipment details.
∎ Manage warehouse for convenience and security of raw material and finished goods.
∎ Ensure supply of fabrics, accessories etc.
∎ Monitor, control and utilization of man, machine and material for optimum productivity.
∎ Must be target-oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ Must act as a bridge between the company and its current market and future markets to promote the product.
∎ Develop plans for products and promotion and taking necessary action regarding integrated brand management.
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong technical knowledge in production and quality system
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate inspectors.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time-frame
∎ Good in planning and analytical skills
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
∎ Hands-on PC skill with the knowledge of commonly used MS software
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
∎ Willingness to work beyond general business hours under extreme pressure
∎ Should have the ability to ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of wastage like rejection, alteration, over production, and extra hour work.
∎ Must be capable in analyzing production performance based on work efficiency, man vs machine ratio and cost/pieces and to plan for continuous improvement.
