Excellent communication and negotiation skills is mandatory.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of transportation operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and cost-effectiveness while driving strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day transport operations, including fleet management, route planning, and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and company standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize transport efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the transport team to achieve performance goals.
• Collaborate with customer to support logistics, distribution, and customer service needs.
• Report to the Management on regular basis and lead the team as per the company policy.
