Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in industrial sales, with preference given to candidates having managerial experience, preferably in the steel/heavy construction material industry.

  • Strong leadership, team management, and client relationship skills.

  • Willingness to travel extensively as required for business development.



Responsibilities & Context:

Muazuddin Steel Industries Limited, a fast-growing concern of the Muazuddin Group, is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced professional to fill the following critical position in our Sales and Marketing department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and market share growth for steel products.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure efficient operation and maximum productivity (The sales team structure includes positions like Senior Territory Sales Officer/Senior Marketing Manager, as seen in company records).

  • Identify and establish new business opportunities, institutional clients, and key account relationships within the construction and industrial sectors.

  • Negotiate large contracts, manage pricing strategies, and ensure profitable sales volumes.

  • Conduct market analysis to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and detailed performance reports for management review.

  • Coordinate closely with production and logistics departments to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction

Job Location: Head Office (New DOHS Mohakhali, Dhaka-1206) or any District Headquarters.
