Education:
    • Bachelor/Honors
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.

  • Candidates with a background in veterinary, animal health, pharmaceuticals, feed, or agribusiness commercial operations will get preference.

Additional Requirements:
  • Age At most 30 years
  • Good understanding of LC, TT, PI, PO, shipping documents, import process, and banking procedures.

  • Strong communication skills in English and Bangla.

  • Ability to communicate with foreign suppliers professionally.

  • Good computer skills, especially MS Word, Excel, email communication, and internet browsing.

  • Must be sincere, organized, responsible, and capable of working under pressure.

  • Knowledge of DGDA, DLS, customs, HS code, C&F, and regulatory documentation will be an added advantage.

  • Strong follow-up ability and attention to detail are essential.



Responsibilities & Context:
  1. Assist in overall commercial, import, and procurement activities of the company.

  2. Prepare and process Proforma Invoice, Purchase Order, LC documents, TT documents, and other commercial papers.

  3. Coordinate with foreign suppliers, banks, C&F agents, freight forwarders, customs agents, and local stakeholders.

  4. Follow up shipment schedules, shipping documents, BL, AWB, packing list, invoice, certificate, and related documents.

  5. Maintain communication with banks for LC opening, amendment, document retirement, and payment-related activities.

  6. Coordinate with regulatory authorities and internal departments for product registration, NOC, import permission, and related documentation.

  7. Maintain proper records of supplier communication, import files, shipment status, payment status, and commercial documents.

  8. Support management in price analysis, costing, landed cost preparation, and market competitiveness analysis.

  9. Ensure timely reporting to the management regarding ongoing commercial activities.

  10. Perform any other task assigned by the management.
