Responsibilities & Context:
Manage commercial service processes to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
Support the development and execution of commercial strategies and business plans.
Monitor service performance, revenue targets, and commercial KPIs.
Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues promptly.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Review, negotiate, and administer customer contracts and service agreements.
Support pricing analysis, quotations, and commercial proposals.
Track revenue performance and service profitability.
Prepare forecasts, budgets, and commercial performance reports.
Set performance objectives and monitor team productivity.

Maintain accurate commercial records and documentation.
