Akij Venture Group is looking for a competent and proactive professional for the position of Sr. Executive (Commercial) under the SCM Department. The candidate will be responsible for handling commercial documentation, LC-related activities, coordination with banks and C&F agents, and ensuring smooth material release and transportation operations.

Responsibilities:

• Check proper HS codes for smooth material release from port.

• Submit documents to banks for LC opening and communicate with banks regarding LC transmission.

• Collect shipping documents from banks and send them to C&F agents.

• Closely monitor transport companies to ensure timely container delivery to factories.

• Coordinate with C&F agents to avoid delays in container delivery from port.

• Check transport and C&F bills and process payments accordingly.

• Liaise with government offices regarding various licenses and related matters.

• Prepare reports as required by management.

• Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
