Job Context:
Best Tycoon (BD) Enterprise Limited is seeking an experienced and skilled Fixture Development Engineer of the Manufacturing Engineering department to lead the operations of our organization.
Job Responsibilities:
Design and develop fixtures, jigs, tooling, and workstations based on product and process requirements.
Conduct fixture trials, testing, and validation on production lines
Lead and guide the fixture team to resolve technical issues efficiently.
Ensure safety standards and compliance during maintenance work.
Monitor equipment performance and suggest improvements.
Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repair/maintenance services.
Keep records of maintenance work and provide updates to management.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
