Hiring: Commercial executive (Bonded Factory – Packaging & Accessories)

We are looking for an experienced Commercial executive with strong background in Bonded Factory operations.

Job Description / Responsibilities of commercial manager

* Handle LC opening, amendment, negotiation & settlement

* Manage banking relationship & exposure

* Handle customs clearance (Import & Export)

* Manage Bonded Warehouse operations

* Work on UD, UP, ASYCUDA system

* Handle CIID audit, queries & investigation

* Ensure compliance with National Board of Revenue (NBR) rules

* Handle VAT (Mushak), audit & compliance

* Manage Shohog platform activities

* Coordinate with CNF agents & port (Chattogram)

* Handle Bond License renewal & capacity management

* Liaison with customs, VAT & govt authorities

Educational Requirements

Bachelor/Master’s in Business/Commerce/Finance

* 3/5 years in Commercial

* Must have Bonded Factory experience (Packaging/Accessories/Garments)

* Strong knowledge of Customs, Bond, VAT laws

* Experience with CIID, Audit, NBR matters

* Strong communication & negotiation skills
