As part of our regional expansion, we are seeking a technically strong and experienced Solar Project Engineer to support the development and execution of solar projects in Bangladesh.

• Support the engineering, execution, installation, testing, and commissioning of solar PV projects.

• Conduct site visits and technical site assessments to evaluate project feasibility, site conditions, electrical requirements, and customer requirements.

• Conduct technical site assessments and evaluate project requirements.

• Develop and review solar PV system designs, layouts, SLDs, equipment specifications, and technical documentation.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.

• Review BOQs, technical specifications, drawings, material requirements, and project documentation.

• Develop accurate BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and BOMs (Bill of Materials) for solar projects.

• Coordinate the procurement and selection of solar modules, inverters, mounting structures, cables, protection systems, and related equipment.

• Monitor project execution to ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, quality requirements, timelines, and safety standards.

• Supervise installation and commissioning activities at project sites.

• Identify and resolve technical issues during project execution. • Conduct testing, inspections, troubleshooting, and performance verification.

• Prepare project progress reports, technical reports, and other required documentation.

• Ensure compliance with applicable electrical, engineering, safety, and quality standards.
