Job Responsibilities

The Director of Sales & Marketing (DOSM) will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to maximize the hotel's revenue, profitability, market share, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Drive Room Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, Conference & Banquet Revenue, F&B Revenue, and other hotel revenue streams.

Identify new business opportunities and implement effective market penetration strategies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, airlines, government organizations, and other business partners.

Lead, mentor, and motivate the Sales & Marketing team to achieve departmental objectives.

Plan and manage promotional campaigns, digital marketing initiatives, and brand awareness activities.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to develop effective business strategies.

Prepare annual sales budgets, forecasts, and regular performance reports.

Work closely with the General Manager and Department Heads to maximize revenue and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction.
