Responsibilities & Context:

1. Handle customer inquiries and follow up potential leads from Facebook, website, phone and WhatsApp.

2. Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets through regular lead follow-up and customer conversion.

3. Convert leads into confirmed orders and coordinate quotation, payment, production and delivery.

4. Maintain sales, order, delivery and customer records in Excel/Google Sheets.

5. Coordinate courier, transport and local delivery; follow up delays, returns and complaints.

6. Communicate with Production, Accounts and Factory teams for smooth order execution.

7. Visit potential interior project sites, collect initial requirements/measurements and follow up clients.

8. Visit the factory regularly to monitor production status, product readiness, quality and delivery schedule.

9. Support B2B, corporate and institutional sales activities.

10. Maintain invoices, challans, quotations and basic office/admin documentation.

11. Prepare daily/monthly sales and operational reports.

12. Perform other sales, logistics and administrative tasks assigned by management.
