Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve monthly sales targets by generating sales through assigned accounts.
Manage and develop key accounts including E-commerce platforms, Facebook, and Website.
Generate sales from existing/old leads and ensure proper follow-up.
Create new sales opportunities through cross-selling and upselling.
Handle IR related tasks (Issue Resolution / Internal Reporting) as required.
Provide customer service support by responding to customer queries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Monitor daily operations including order processing, delivery coordination, and after-sales support.
Maintain proper communication with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and update management regularly.
